    Website Redesign! It was time for a change, and we redesigned the whole site. Please let us know if you experience any problems, or would like to see any additional features appear on the site.

    October 2007   

    We are pleased to announce that we have upgraded our thermoforming technology! Our new larger oven can accommodate larger tools, thicker materials and higher accuracy. New abilities include sag and billow electronic eyes, retractable oven door, more digital heating zones, and 2 speed platens.

    September 2007

    Our thermoforming team has just arrived back from the SPE annual thermoforming conference in Cincinnati, Ohio! Many new techniques and materials were covered at this event. We hope to apply our new experience as soon as possible!

    April 2007

    We have purchased new 3D Design software and Machining software to improve our CNC technology. We can now machine multiple coordinate systems and model complex parts with surfaces and splines!
